What is Coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative process that helps individuals discover and realize their potential. A coach works with the client to identify the gap between where they are currently and where they want to be, and together they explore the obstacles that are preventing the client from achieving their goals.
Through a combination of somatic self-inquiry and somatic practices, the client gains skills and techniques that bridge the gap, enabling them to shift into a version of themselves that aligns with their values and aspirations. The coach serves as a supportive partner, helping the client to unlock their full potential and manifest their desires in the world.
